Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a senior IT systems leader to oversee design, development and operation of large-scale systems. You will drive AI and data-driven solutions, and report to the Chief Analytics Officer for regular customer analysis.

A university degree in IT or related fields is required, with extensive post-qualification IT project experience, including government/social/medical sectors and retail banking systems.

Job description

• 10+ years of experience in system design and development
• Oversee the design, development, operation of large-scale systems
• Drive the adoption of AI and data-driven solutions
• University graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analysis
• Experience in BI reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) is an advantage
• Reporting to Chief Analytics Officer and conduct regular customer analysis
• A few minutes' walk from subway stations
• Degree in Information Technology (IT) or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification work experience in IT system project
• Prior working experience in government, social and medical sector
• Retail banking system construction and substantial project
• Take charge of retail data management and application
• IT system migration and integration projects
• Experience in core bank system or knowledge in T24
• Lead and manage a team of internal and external data engineers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure robust data engineering
• Mobilize resources on implementation & maintenance works in an efficient manner
