Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a governance and risk professional to provide independent review on business activities and help strengthen control frameworks. The role involves advising on regulatory matters and coordinating with internal and external parties to support initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a legal degree with IPO experience, familiarity with HKEx/SFC expectations, and excellent English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in a legal field with strong IPO experience.
• Experience with HKEx or SFC is preferred; knowledge of listing rules.
• Strong governance, risk and compliance principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree holder in a legal degree with strong IPO experience is highly preferred
• Relevant experience within financial services, law firm or professional services, experience in working with HKEx or SFC is preferred;
• Strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
