Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Life Insurance Company Limited is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the design, implementation, and governance of distribution compensation frameworks. You will monitor, control, and report on variable compensation arrangements and analyse performance, budget trends, and sales productivity to provide management insights.

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in compensation, payout operations, sales promotion, campaign management, or distribution management; agency channel experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, planning, and strategic thinking skills.
• Good business analysis, project coordination, execution, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Adaptable, technology-minded, and proactive in improving processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
