Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Life Insurance Company Limited is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to gather and analyze user requirements and validate documentation such as user specifications and stories.

You will collaborate with IT, users, and vendors, lead UAT activities, and support project tracking to ensure timely delivery and adoption of the new solution within a life insurance context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in the life insurance industry.
• Solid experience in business analysis, project planning, and execution.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, operations workflows, and insurance systems architecture.
• Proven experience in UAT execution and end-to-end project delivery.
• Familiar with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
