Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited within the Charities and Community Division seeks a data-focused professional to support impact evaluation initiatives, concentrating on data collection, database management, analysis and reporting of social impact results.

This role collaborates with internal stakeholders and IT to advance Charities' data vision, ensuring data integrity, privacy, and effective communication of insights through dashboards and visualisations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, data science, statistics or a related discipline.
• Strong discipline in handling matters and information of top confidentiality.
• Strong knowledge of data management principles, practices and tools.
• High level of proficiency in programming and statistical packages, including SQL, R and Python.
• Strong analytic skills and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, planning and implementation of impact evaluation initiatives for Charities.
• Oversee the collection, organisation, analysis and reporting of data related to Charities projects, beneficiaries and grantees.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive data architecture that supports efficient data collection, storage and retrieval.
• Develop and implement data management strategies and policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity and security of data.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports and visualisations to communicate data-driven insights to key stakeholders.
• Utilise data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform decision-making and support programme evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality and privacy of data.
• Work with IT colleagues on the deployment of and integration with enterprise data analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the development of Charities' data vision and strategy.

About the Role

The role sits within the Charities and Community Division's Charities (Impact Measurement & Reporting) team, reporting to the Senior Manager. It supports the development, planning and implementation of impact evaluation initiatives for Charities, with a focus on data collection, database management, analysis, and reporting and visualisation of social impact results. The position works alongside internal stakeholders and IT colleagues to support Charities' data vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
