Hactl - Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited is seeking a seasoned Corporate Communications professional to lead internal and external messaging in a B2B environment. You will manage content development, editing, and editorial strategy across press, speeches, newsletters and website content.

The role requires strong English and Chinese writing/editing skills, and a track record in branding, media relations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English Language, Translation or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Branding, Content Management or related fields.
• Excellent command of written English and Chinese with strong writing, editing, proofreading and bilingual translation skills.
• Proven experience in preparing corporate communication materials, including press releases, speeches, management communications, publications and website content.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management and vendor management skills with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent messaging, writing style and brand standards across all communication channels.
• Partner with business units and management to develop content for employees, customers, media and industry stakeholders.
• Manage media communications, including press releases, media enquiries, interviews and corporate announcements.
• Monitor media coverage and industry developments and identify communication opportunities.
• Manage communication projects and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Lead, coach and supervise team members to develop communication capabilities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Role

This role focuses primarily on corporate communications, content development and editorial management in a B2B business environment.

Key Duties
