The role focuses on managing relationships, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with government bodies to streamline operations.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in business/communications/logistics and at least three years’ experience in air cargo, with fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/communications/logistics.
• Three years’ experience in air cargo or related field preferred.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and communication abilities, collaborative mindset.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsabilités

• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, truckers, and charterers.
• Conduct market trend analysis and compile market trend reports for manager updates.
• Stay informed about industry news and anticipate market demands.
• Coordinate with government bodies to streamline processes and explore new service opportunities.
• Lead initiatives for customer understanding of the company and organize meetings/events.
• Supervise team paperwork including reports, Excel sheets and PowerPoint presentations.
