Job summary

HACTL (Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited) is seeking a seasoned Corporate Communications leader to shape and protect the company’s brand across external and internal channels. You will oversee the creation and quality control of press releases, speeches and website content, ensuring consistent messaging and high editorial standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in journalism, communications, PR, marketing, English or translation (or related).
• Minimum 8 years' experience in corporate communications, PR, branding or content management.
• Excellent written English and Chinese with strong content, editing and bilingual translation skills.
• Proven experience preparing corporate materials (press releases, speeches, publications, website content).
• Strong stakeholder, project and vendor management with ability to work with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates with less experience considered for Assistant Manager – Branding & Communications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to develop content for employees, customers and media.
• Manage media communications including press releases and corporate announcements.
• Monitor media coverage and industry developments to identify opportunities.
• Oversee communication projects and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead and supervise team members to improve communication capabilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Lead the preparation, editing and quality control of corporate communication materials, including press releases, speeches, management communications, newsletters, website content and marketing collateral.
• Ensure consistent messaging, writing style and brand standards across all communication channels.
• Partner with business units and management to develop compelling content for employees, customers, media and industry stakeholders.
• Manage media communications, including press releases, media enquiries, interviews and corporate announcements.
• Monitor media coverage and industry developments and identify communication opportunities.
• Manage communication projects and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Lead, coach and supervise team members to ensure effective delivery of communication initiatives and continuous development of communication capabilities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English Language, Translation or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Branding, Content Management or related fields.
• Excellent command of written English and Chinese with strong content writing, editing, proofreading and bilingual translation skills.
• Proven experience in preparing corporate communication materials, including press releases, speeches, management communications, publications and website content.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management and vendor management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
