Management Trainee

TheOOCL Management Trainee Program will prepare you for a flourishing career as an executive in our Company:

A 3-year structured Development Program designed to develop leadership, managerial and functional skills;

Who We’re Looking For

A Bachelor's degree or above with outstanding academic achievements

Fresh and recent graduates with no more than 2 years of full-time working experience

Strong business acumen, conceptual thinking, and analytical skills, with a passion for excellence

A proactive, self-motivated team player with leadership potential, serving as a role model and possessing exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Agile and resilient in the face of challenges, with an innovative mindset and a solution-oriented approach

Highly adaptable to multicultural and dynamic environments, with a global mindset and a willingness to undertake assignments in Mainland China and other overseas locations within the Group

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Familiar with AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) and able to leverage them effectively to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and work efficiency

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in other languages is an advantage

Work Location
