Job summary

Ocean Park Hong Kong is seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee the accounting team and manage financial operations for F&B and Retail segments. The role includes inventory control, system interfaces between POS and SAP, and liaison with vendors for settlements.

You will also contribute to monthly management reports, financial analysis and rolling forecasts, and assist in budgeting, year-end audit and ERP projects.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' related working experience with exposure in Audit/F&B/Retail is a plus.
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis and rolling forecasts.
• Assist in annual budgeting and year-end audit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications; knowledge of SAP and ERP implementation is advantageous.
• Experience in ERP implementation is advantageous.
• Immediate or short notice availability preferred.

Job description

Reporting to Assistant Finance Manager, the incumbent will supervise a team of three accounting officers and will act as the main point of contact for F&B and Retail. S/he will be responsible for all finance area of F&B and Retail operations including inventory management, interface between POS and SAP, dealing with vendors for settlement etc. S/he will also help prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis and rolling forecast for the Park. Besides, s/he will assist the Assistant Finance Manager in annual budgeting, year-end audit, and ERP implementation project. S/he will also assist in ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, CPA is preferred
• Minimum 5 years' related working experience with exposure in Audit/F&B/Retail is a plus
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis and rolling forecast
• Assist in annual budgeting and year-end audit
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and with knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
• Experience in ERP implementation will be advantageous

• Good command of both English and Cantonese
