Job summary

Honor Wealth Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Accounting Officer / Accounting Officer to manage the full set of accounts and lead a small team. The role covers daily accounting operations, AR/AP/POS, month-end closing and bank payments, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

You should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, LCCI Level 2 or above and F.5 or above, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with Flex and Fion.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ relevant working experience.
• Experience in F&B industry is an advantage.
• Proficient with Excel and accounting software (Flex, Fion).
• Fluent in English and Chinese input.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts incl AR, AP, POS and month-end closing.
• Prepare financial reports (P/L, Balance Sheet).
• Prepare cheques and payments.
• Provide clerical support including filing and data entry.
• Assist in general administrative work.
• Lead a small team of 2–3.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Manage full set of accounts including daily accounting operations, AR, AP, POS, month end closing and bank payment transactions
• Preparefinancial report, including but not limited to P/L, Balance Sheet
• Prepare cheques issue and payment invoice
• Provide clerical support including filing and data entry
• Assist in general administrative work
• Lead a small team of 2 to 3 colleagues
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• LCCI Level 2 & above
• F.5 or above
• 3-5 years’ relevant working experience
• Working experience in F&B industry is an advantage, but not a must
• Familiar with accounting software (Flex & Fion is Highly Preferred)
• Familiar with Excel (Pivot Table)
• Proficient in English & Chinese input / typing
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Work independently
• Immediate availability preferred
