Job summary

Urban Group is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor in Hong Kong to plan, supervise, and improve daily maintenance across properties. You will lead technicians and contractors, investigate defects, and prepare budgets for maintenance projects.

The role requires a Higher Diploma or Certificate in Building Services/Building Studies and a Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A or above), with 4–5 years in project management and maintenance, preferably in property management.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of project management and maintenance experience, preferably in property management
• Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services / Building Studies / Building Technology & Management / Building Surveying or equivalent
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A or above)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme
• Supervise technician and contractor to carry out daily maintenance work
• Investigate and evaluate the cause of building defects and system breakdown
• Prepare quotation, tender document, estimate and budget for maintenance work
• Assist manager in renovation project and improvement work
• Assist manager to provide quality services to customer
