Job summary

Hongkong Land Group Limited seeks an experienced building maintenance professional to perform preventive maintenance on building fabric and features. You will liaise with contractors to ensure safe, timely work, attend emergency checks, inspect water seepage, and verify tenant alterations meet standards.

You will also manage tenant maintenance requests and oversee follow-up repairs, along with inspections after tenant works, while handling daily routine maintenance to keep the building in top

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of building fabric maintenance experience in Grade A commercial building.
• Possess a certificate of the trade tests for building construction and/or a related certificate/diploma for apprenticeship training.
• Possess a Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker with Grade A.
• Possess Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate and Construction Workers Registration Certificate.
• Hands-on experience in computer software.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular preventive maintenance of building fabric and features.
• Liaise and monitor with contractors to ensure timely standard, and safe work completion.
• Attend emergency checking and repairs.
• Inspect and follow up on water seepage issues.
• Inspect tenants' fitting out and reinstatement work to ensure it meets building standards.
• Attend tenant’s maintenance requests and coordination; and carry out subsequent repair works.
• Attend inspection of building fabric and features after tenant’s fitting out work and reinstatement.
• Handle day to day routine repair and maintenance work to keep the building in top condition.
