Job summary

Tai Hing Catering Group is seeking a Maintenance Officer to oversee routine and preventive maintenance across locations in Hong Kong, including Fotan. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external contractors, ensuring quality and timely progress.

Applicants should have a Higher Diploma in Building Services or related disciplines, at least 2 years in maintenance, and the ability to work independently under pressure. Proactive, detail-minded professionals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Building Studies, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure; self-motivated and detail-minded.

Responsibilities

• Perform, coordinate, and oversee routine and preventive maintenance works.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal maintenance team and external sub-contractors.
• Assist in supervising and monitoring maintenance progress to meet quality standards and schedules.
• Help allocate daily maintenance tasks and ensure work complies with company standards.
• Assist with supervision of maintenance store inventory and records.
• Support planning and regular reporting of maintenance progress.

Founded in 1989, Tai Hing Catering Group transforms from a small-scaled “siu-mei” (Chinese roast) fast food eatery to now one of the largest F&B chain restaurants in Hong Kong and Greater China. The Group owns several renowned brands, including Tai Hing, TeaWood, Trusty Congee King ,and other Japanese restaurants, managing around 190 outlets in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform, coordinate, and oversee routine and preventive maintenance works.
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with the internal maintenance team and external sub-contractors.
• Assist in supervising and monitoring the progress of maintenance activities to ensure they meet quality standards and schedules.
• Help allocate daily maintenance tasks and ensure work complies with company standards.
• Assist with the supervision of maintenance store inventory and records.
• Support the planning and regular reporting of maintenance progress.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Building Studies, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of working experience in maintenance. Candidates with experience in the F&B industry will be highly preferred.
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-minded.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
