Job summary

Tai Hing Catering Group in Hong Kong is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to support procurement planning and supplier management for our growing F&B network.

You will evaluate quotes, negotiate terms, maintain records, and assist in cost controls. Diploma or degree required; SAP and MS Office experience valued; hospitality experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Studies / Economics / Management or equivalent.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Reliable with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels.
• Possess good quantitative & qualitative analysis background.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing) and SAP.
• Relevant working experience in Hospitality or F&B industry will be an advantage.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Purchasing Officer.

Founded in 1989, Tai Hing Catering Group transforms from a small-scaled “siu-mei” (Chinese roast) fast food eatery to now one of the largest F&B chain restaurants in Hong Kong and Greater China. The Group owns several renowned brands, including Tai Hing, TeaWood, Trusty Congee King ,and other Japanese restaurants, managing around 190 outlets in Hong Kong.

To cope with our rapid business expansion, we have an opening for the following position.

• Assist in formulating and executing procurement plans to achieve company standard on product quality and cost.
