Job summary

Lödige Asia Ltd. is seeking a maintenance supervisor to lead a skilled team responsible for maximizing equipment uptime and safety across material handling systems in Asia. The role requires a Higher Diploma or above in Electrical/Mechanical, with 2+ years in engineering.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and EPAN drawing is preferred. Flexible hours and on‑call duties are expected. You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, optimize spare parts inventory, and ensure IMS compliance while

What You Are In Charge Of:

Maximizing equipment uptime, ensuring operational safety, and leading a high-performing team through proactive maintenance, detailed troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.

What You Are In Charge Of:

• Maintain and update critical maintenance documentation and technical work instructions
• Monitor SLA performance and implement strategic plans to boost productivity
• Promote a strong safety culture and enforce Health & Safety protocols
• Coordinate all Preventive and Corrective maintenance requests for minimal downtime
• Efficiently schedule and allocate team resources and manpower
• Facilitate hands‑on technical training to enhance team capabilities
• Take charge of mini‑projects and execute large‑scale overhauls
