Job summary

Hong Yip Service Company Limited is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (E&M) to oversee and assign routine repair and maintenance work for properties in the Eastern and North Districts. You will lead a technical team and ensure timely completion of tasks.

The role requires a degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, and at least four years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4 years' relevant work experience in building services, repair & maintenance.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• In-Charge to manage and assign work orders to the technical team to carry out routine repair and maintenance work for properties.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress of maintenance works and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation.
• Participate in the maintenance purchase and budget proposals within the approved budget.
• Coordinate with all the relevant parties to ensure safety during the implementation of maintenance works.
• Keep proper records of all documents including tendering and quotations.

What you’ll be doing?
