Job summary

Hong Kong Metropolitan University is seeking an Assistant Manager (Mainland) in the Mainland and International Affairs Office to lead recruitment and admissions support for Chinese Mainland students. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive enrolment and manage admissions workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience; mainland recruitment or cross-border projects is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin required.
• Familiarity with the mainland education system and admission policies.

Responsibilities

• Analyse recruitment data and monitor market trends to inform evidence-based recruitment decisions.
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating Mainland recruitment opportunities.
• Assist in admissions operations to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Support management on external engagements, including coordinating visits and student mobility activities.
