The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a Mainland Affairs Officer on a 1-year temporary contract to support engagement with Mainland stakeholders and assist in implementing youth development, sports, culture and social betterment initiatives.

The role sits in the Mainland Affairs Department (Policy & Stakeholders Engagement) and involves liaison with HK-based Mainland authorities, state-owned enterprises, and political leaders.

Formación

• A recognised university degree is preferred.
• A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Putonghua is mandatory

Responsabilidades

• Assist in organizing meetings, events, visits, and engagement activities, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and preparation of materials.
• Support communication and coordination with internal departments and external organizations on administrative matters.
• Maintain records, databases, filing systems, and other administrative documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Handle travel arrangements, reimbursement claims, procurement requests, and other logistical tasks as required.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors
