Job summary

Audemars Piguet operates a flagship boutique in Hong Kong, seeking a polished Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences across pre- and post-sales services, repairs, and client engagement. You will embody AP's values and uphold brand standards while guiding clients through product knowledge and pricing details.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury retail, strong communication in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years working experience in retail/hospitality.
• Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Outgoing team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide best customer experience in boutique for new sales and repairs.
• Give reliable, first-class customer service during pre and post sales and repairs.
• Be AP ambassador with professional welcoming demeanor to customers.
• Develop rapport with prospects and clients, understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide information by phone or email under guidance and follow PR policy.
• Explain products and prices clearly to customers.
• Be the voice of the customer and share feedback with management.
