Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL is seeking an experienced boutique salesperson in Hong Kong to drive luxury watch sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will identify customer needs, promote merchandise, and uphold boutique standards while following safety and reporting procedures.

Candidates should have 2-3 years in the luxury watch industry and be Form 5 graduates fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, with strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the luxury watch industry.
• Form 5 graduate with Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Outgoing team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize the sales of products, by achieving his or her own individual sales targets and helping to achieve the Boutique targets (total turnover, average sales receipt amount, product mix, number of transactions)
• Provide qualitative customer service by delivering the best customer service
• Promote and sell products by identifying customers’ needs and suggest merchandise to meet their needs
• Understands and abide by safety regulations and security procedures
• Ensure that the Boutique appearance is up to standards and the display of products are presented in accordance with specifications
• Have complete and accurate knowledge of the Brand and our products
• Follow authorization and reporting procedures
