The role requires a minimum of 2 years in luxury retail, deep knowledge of mainstream and niche watch brands, and strong interpersonal skills. You will manage emails, live chats, and client leads while ensuring visual standards and brand representation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience.
• Strong knowledge of mainstream and niche watch brands.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• Independently motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-level customer relationships to increase sales opportunities and satisfy customer.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly budgets and targets.
• Organise marketing initiatives for the boutique to drive awareness, footfall, and sales.
• Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure punctuality and present a polished appearance on the shop floor.
• Use computer tools to increase sales efficiency and manage client leads.
• Maintain data protection and confidentiality of information.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, and support other Boutiques.
