Job summary

Magic Search Limited is seeking an In Store Operation Manager to lead the operations team for a luxury brand. The role focuses on daily store operations, inventory control, training, and partner liaison to ensure efficiency.

You will analyze sales performance, manage costs, and coordinate repairs and merchandise transfers across locations, while delivering superior customer service and leadership.

Qualifications

• Sales driven oriented, strong leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• Good planning skill organized with strong numerical sense and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage store daily operation including policies and procedures implementation and inventory control.
• Lead training and coaching, assets and cost control, in-store visual merchandising and manpower arrangement.
• Prepare sales analyses and forecasts for management review.
• Liaise with external vendors for shop repair and maintenance.
• Prevent stock loss and ensure operation efficiency.
• Lead stock deliveries, repairs and merchandise transfers from warehouse or other stores.
• Oversee store expenses on the P&L and propose improvements.
• Provide administrative support and handle shop inquiries.
