Job summary

APX Luxury is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sponsorship, creative and integrated multimedia solutions for luxury and lifestyle brands across print and digital channels. You will own the client journey from pitch to execution, building trusted relationships with clients at every level and leveraging AI to work smarter.

You will lead campaigns across print, digital, social, video and events, collaborate with editorial, creative, and production teams, and ensure campaigns are booked, delivered

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in luxury, lifestyle, media or advertising.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in English; Cantonese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and win new business from luxury, lifestyle and non-traditional advertisers and agencies, managing a healthy pipeline of leads and referrals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Sell sponsorships, creative solutions and integrated multimedia campaigns across print, digital, social, video and events, tailored to each client’s objectives.
• Lead integrated campaigns from pitch through execution and reporting, coordinating with editorial, creative, digital and production teams.
• Deliver polished presentations and pitches to stakeholders at all levels of client organizations.
• Develop account strategies and growth plans with the Sales Director and grow VIP accounts.
• Use AI and data tools to improve prospecting, proposals, reporting and client management.
