Delvaux, headquartered in luxury retail, seeks a Head of Merchandizing to lead end‑to‑end merchandising for S.APAC Boutique networks. You will drive product strategy, assortment planning and inventory performance, aligning HQ strategy with regional commercial realities across markets.

Qualifications

• Senior merchandising experience in luxury fashion or premium retail with APAC exposure.
• Advanced data analysis and performance reporting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to influence HQ and cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to operate in a fast‑paced, multi‑market environment.
• Passion for product, craftsmanship and the luxury client experience.

Responsibilities

• Define seasonal merchandising plans and product mix aligned with brand and targets.
• Manage OTB workflow from forecasting to store‑level allocations and ageing stock.
• Optimize assortment across markets balancing availability, freshness and local relevance.
• Advocate for market‑specific needs with HQ for exclusives and new launches.
• Collaborate with HQ Merchandising and Logistics to secure right assortment and quantities.
• Partner with Retail and Visual Merchandising to monitor implementation, sell‑through and floor performance.
• Support wholesale partners on product assortment and sell‑in follow‑up.
• Deliver product, leather, and craftsmanship training for boutique teams.
• Plan regular training refreshers and provide training to wholesale partners.
• Produce regional performance reviews and actionable recommendations.
• Build merchandising narratives translating data into insight.
• Conduct competitor checks and gather product feedback for HQ.
