Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Hong Kong is seeking a premium lounge leader to run the Regent Club, ensuring a flawless, luxurious guest experience. You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, set high service standards, and act as the brand ambassador for VIP guests and IHG members.

The role requires a strategic manager with an eye for luxury detail, strong problem-solving under pressure, and exceptional communication skills in English and Putonghua, with Cantonese highly preferred for local connection.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of luxury hospitality or premium private club experience, including at least 2 years in lounge management or premium guest relations leadership.
• Degree or Higher Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related discipline.
• Grounded, strategic manager who leads by example with luxury detail, strong problem-solving under pressure and a warm demeanor.
• Fluent English & Putonghua essential; Cantonese highly preferred to connect with local clientele.

Responsibilities

• Own the Operation: drive day-to-day management of Regent Club to deliver a flawless, premium environment.
• Empower & Mentor: train and inspire a multi-disciplinary service team with resources and direction.
• Cultivate Elite Loyalty: act as brand ambassador, build deep relationships with VIP guests and IHG members.
• Curate the Gastronomy: partner with culinary team to design daily club menus and presentations with strict quality control.
• Deliver Local Insight: guide team on tailored concierge recommendations for HK dining, arts and events.
• Drive Efficiency & Innovation: maintain cross-departmental communication and introduce cost-effective enhancements to the guest journey.
