Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking an Exceptional Experience Officer to join the Exceptional Experience Centre team. You will engage guests, manage dining reservations, and collaborate across departments to ensure an exceptional stay.

Ideal candidates have a diploma in Hospitality, at least 1 year in guest services, and strong English and Chinese language skills (Mandarin a plus). Shift work, including overnights, may be required in a luxury, high-demand setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality or related field is required.
• At least 1 year of guest services experience in hospitality.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests by answering inquiries and managing dining reservations via phone, email, and messaging.
• Collaborate with departments to provide accurate, timely information and enhance guest experience.
• Operate booking systems with adherence to hotel standards and policies.
