Job summary

Morgan McKinley seeks a senior commercial leader to reshape pricing and regional strategy for luxury and high value assets in global freight forwarding. You will drive gross margins, lead a high-caliber commercial team, and build lasting relationships with elite fashion houses, premium retailers, and manufacturers.

In this role you will own the regional P&L, design sophisticated pricing frameworks, and govern bids while aligning operations to deliver on demanding SLAs.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years of senior commercial leadership in global freight forwarding or contract logistics.
• Proven track record with enterprise accounts in luxury/high value assets sectors.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional commercial strategy and financial performance.
• Design advanced pricing frameworks for freight and logistics.
• Manage bid governance to protect and expand margins.
• Transition sales from transactional to consultative, value-driven partnerships.
• Serve as executive face to elite clientele, building relationships with luxury brands.
• Oversee complex contract negotiations and ensure SLA delivery.
• Analyze trade lane profitability and product economics to drive growth.
