  • Curate Tailor-Made Client Experiences: Partner with Client, Retail, and High-End Managers to design bespoke client journeys and innovative event formats that deepen brand affinity and achieve targeted outcomes.

  • Drive Operational & Financial Excellence: Optimize investments and ROI through robust budget management, meticulous performance analysis (KPI tracking), and strong vendor networks.

You are energized by

  • Artistry & Craftsmanship: A deep-stated passion for luxury aesthetics, fine jewelry/watches, and pushing creative boundaries to deliver surprising, elevated moments.

  • Collaborative Orchestration: Leading and inspiring diverse teams, steering cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority, and unifying multi-divisional efforts seamlessly.

  • Dynamic Project Leadership: Managing complex timelines under pressure, anticipating stakeholder needs, and executing with agility and contingency readiness.

  • Strategic & Market Curiosity: Staying ahead of external trends, exploring innovative event concepts, and building meaningful partnerships across internal and vendor networks.

What you will bring

  • Professional Background: Degree holder in Business Management, Marketing, or related disciplines, with 6 to 8+ years of event strategy and project management experience in the luxury sector (exposure to Watches & Fine Jewelry strongly preferred).

  • Strategic & Financial Acumen: Proven track record in budget control, investment monitoring, vendor negotiations, and post-event KPI/ROI analysis.

  • Stakeholder Navigation: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing, presenting to, and aligning a broad network of senior stakeholders and external partners.

  • Execution Mastery: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resilient, with demonstrated ability to deliver flawless, high-stakes events in high-pressure environments.
