Chanel Hong Kong invites a seasoned Watches and Fine Events Manager to shape and drive premium brand experiences. You will translate global event visions into locally resonant activations, leading end-to-end planning, budgets, and partnerships to deliver unforgettable luxury moments.

In collaboration with Client, Retail, Communications and Visual Merchandising teams, you will ensure experiences reflect Chanel’s heritage while maximizing engagement and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

  • 6 to 8+ years of event strategy and project management experience in the luxury sector ( Watches & Fine Jewelry strongly preferred ).
  • Proven track record in managing budgets, ROI analysis, and vendor negotiations.
  • Strong ability to lead diverse teams and align multiple stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end event planning, stakeholder orchestration, budget management, and vendor partnerships.
  • Translate global event visions into resonant, locally impactful activations for Chanel Hong Kong.

As the Watches and Fine Events Manager at Chanel Hong Kong, you will serve as the strategic architect and operational driving force behind our elevated brand experiences. Operating at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution, you will lead end-to-end event planning, stakeholder orchestration, budget management, and vendor partnerships. By fostering cross-divisional alignment and collaborating closely with Client, Retail, Communications, and Visual Merchandising teams, you will ensure every experience reflects Chanel’s iconic heritage while driving meaningful engagement and measurable ROI.

  • Strategic & Financial Acumen: Proven track record in budget control, investment monitoring, vendor negotiations, and post-event KPI/ROI analysis.
  • Stakeholder Navigation: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing, presenting to, and aligning a broad network of senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Execution Mastery: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resilient, with demonstrated ability to deliver flawless, high-stakes events in high-pressure environments.
