The Hong Kong Cricket Club seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to lead high-volume, multi-outlet food and beverage operations at our historic Wong Nai Chung Gap clubhouse. You will report to the F&B Management team, drive daily floor performance, uphold service standards, and mentor a diverse front-of-house team across venues.

Requirements include minimum 5 years in supervisory roles within luxury dining or private clubs, fluent English, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in high-end dining or private clubs.
Native or fluent English; Cantonese/Mandarin preferred for member communication.
Deep knowledge of Western fine dining service, wine/beverage operations, and events.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and composure during peak periods.
Professional grooming and presentation to maintain top-tier service standards.

Responsabilités

Oversee daily front-of-house operations across multiple outlets with high-end standards.
Lead and develop outlet captains, supervisors, and service staff with consistent training.
Enhance guest experience and member relations; resolve feedback professionally.
Assist revenue growth through upselling, beverage programming, and cost control.
Coordinate with Culinary, Events and Maintenance teams for smooth daily flow.
