Job summary

The Hong Kong Cricket Club (HKCC) in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead daily front-of-house operations across multiple outlets, ensuring flawless service for members and guests. You will mentor a multicultural team, drive revenue, and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Reporting to the F&B Management team, you will optimize service, manage staff schedules, and coordinate with Culinary, Events, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations within our

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in high-end hospitality or private clubs.
• Native or fluent English is essential; Cantonese/Mandarin helpful for member communication.
• Strong knowledge of Western fine dining service and beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations across multiple outlets with high-end hospitality standards.
• Lead and mentor outlet captains, supervisors and staff across shifts.
• Engage members and guests as host on the dining floor and resolve feedback professionally.
• Assist in revenue growth through upselling, beverage programming and cost control.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Events and Maintenance teams for smooth daily flow.
