Zusammenfassung

Amix Global Limited is seeking a dynamic PR and Communications lead in Hong Kong to develop and execute the annual PR strategy, build relationships with media and influencers, and drive luxury brand coverage across events, launches and campaigns. You will draft press materials, manage inquiries, and oversee digital/social content production and influencer programs.

The role requires fluency in English and Chinese, strong writing skills, and a proactive, organized approach to multi-stakeholder

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related discipline.
• Background in a PR agency (preferred), ideally luxury/jewellery/fashion accounts.
• Experience with media, celebrity and KOL relationships.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin); strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong media network, excellent writing and presentation skills, detail-oriented and well organized.
• Passion for the luxury industry, proactive team player, able to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Support the development and execution of the annual PR and communications strategy in line with global/regional guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, editors, and opinion leaders to secure positive brand coverage.
• Draft press releases, media kits, talking points and other communication materials for product launches, events and brand initiatives.
• Monitor media coverage (online and offline) and compile regular press clipping reports and competitor benchmarking.
• Assist in managing media inquiries and coordinating interview requests.
• Support the planning and execution of digital and social media content calendars across platforms.
• Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, KOLs and brand ambassadors to support campaigns and events.
• Coordinate gifting, seeding and loan programs in line with brand guidelines and budget.
• Track and report on influencer/KOL campaign performance and ROI.
• Assist in planning and executing press events, product launches, VIP previews and media trips.
• Coordinate with internal teams (retail, marketing, visual merchandising) and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage event budgets, timelines and vendor relationships.
• Support the development of brand storytelling and content for PR and social media purposes.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across all external communications.
• Assist with crisis communication preparedness and issue management as needed.
• Manage PR budget tracking, invoicing and vendor payment coordination.
• Prepare regular reports on PR activities, media coverage and campaign results for management review.
• Maintain media contact database and press materials archive.
