Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering large-scale networking or data center infrastructure programs in high-performance, latency-sensitive environments.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream projects across geographically distributed teams.
• Exceptional risk management to identify bottlenecks before they become crises.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of data center expansions and colocation migrations, including power, cooling, space, and fiber optic cabling infrastructure.
• Manage multi-year network hardware lifecycle programs, including next-gen switching (400GbE/800GbE), routing platforms, and optical transport systems.
• Drive network optimization projects, ensuring infrastructure changes never degrade microsecond-level performance targets essential for market-making competitiveness.
• Partner with SRE and Network Operations teams on post-incident root-cause analysis, driving permanent corrective actions.
