Job summary

Shangri-La Group in Hong Kong is seeking a guest services professional to provide attentive and personalized service at our Lounge, handling check-ins/outs and F&B coordination to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will document guest preferences, assist with travel arrangements, and support management with additional duties as required. The role requires strong communication, a customer-oriented mindset, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of experience in hotel or service industry, preferably in the Front Office Department or Airline Operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, outgoing, and self-motivated personality.
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, and F&B service in the Lounge.
• Document guest preferences and handle special arrangements upon request.
• Assist with travel-related needs such as airline bookings, transportation, and city tours.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
