Job summary

Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong is seeking a Family Experience Host to deliver personalized service to guests and ensure the smooth daily operation of the Family Lounge. You will create memorable experiences for families and VIPs, combining warmth with attention to detail in a luxurious 5‑star setting.

In this role you will welcome guests, assist with check-ins/outs and special arrivals, update VIP lists, and collaborate with hotel teams to anticipate needs.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• Experience in Hotels/Clubhouses/Theme Parks is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Ensures smooth daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide personalized service to VIP guests throughout their stay.
• Handle check-ins/outs and rooming for special arrivals e.g. family suites, limousine.
• Update VIP lists and guest preferences in GuestPedia to anticipate needs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
