Job summary

AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited is seeking a VIP lounge attendant to deliver exceptional in-lounge services for guests in Hong Kong. You will build relationships, manage guest requests with a polished presence, and provide top-quality catering experiences.

The role emphasizes hospitality excellence, independence, and the ability to work under pressure; fluency in Chinese, English and Putonghua is required. Shift duties apply in a luxury lounge environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Catering and Hotel Management or related field; minimum 2 years experience.
• Experience at luxury hotels or airline lounges is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
• Independent, able to work under pressure and passionate about high-quality hospitality.
• Proficient in MS Office; Chinese, English and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Provide unique and unforgettable in-lounge services for the guest during their stay
• Build strong relationships with guests and develop a VIP recognition culture
• Act as the primary point of contact for guest requests and maintain an attentive presence
• Provide professional and high-quality catering services to the guests
• Handle and resolve guest complaints and report to supervisor when required
• Assist in managing catering related inventories
• Assist in check-in arrangements, immigration and customs clearance process as required
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as required
