Job summary

Shangri-La Group seeks a Door Attendant to welcome guests at the hotel entrance and ensure comfort throughout their stay. You will greet guests professionally and help coordinate arrivals and departures at the entrance of Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong.

The role requires a minimum of one year in hospitality or service and a customer‑oriented, team‑minded approach with clear communication. A supportive work culture and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or Service Industry.
• Reliable, customer-oriented team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the Hotel entrance in a professional manner.
• Manage driveway traffic to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxi and limousine services.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
