Job summary

Isola Capital Limited is seeking an experienced Bar and Lounge Manager for a Private Lounge in Central Hong Kong. The role focuses on high-end beverage service, discretion, and delivering a refined guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring F&B leadership, cocktail knowledge, and the ability to manage a premium bar operation in a fast-paced, luxury setting. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Previous F&B manager or bar service experience in private club, hotel, or upscale hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and bar service. Knowledge of basic cocktail making is preferred.
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. Fluency in English is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasionally on holidays.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the bar.
• Inventory management including restock supplies, glassware, garnishes, and other bar essentials.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Work closely with the team to support smooth daily operations and a premium guest experience.

Ability to make cocktails is preferred.
