  • Track and analyze key logistics KPIs, including inventory accuracy, picking efficiency, cost and OTIF – On Time In Full – and prepare regular reports for review
  • Identify repetitive or manual tasks in daily operations and propose practical ways to simplify, streamline or automate them
  • Act as the local logistics process expert, ensuring operations follow global best practices, compliance requirements and local business needs

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, distribution, transport, warehouse operations, supply chain or related fields
  • A strong sense of ownership and a continuous improvement mindset – you take pride in smooth daily operations and enjoy asking, “How can we do this faster, simpler or smarter?”
  • Self‑motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams and external logistics partners
  • Good problem‑solving skills, with the ability to handle daily operational issues calmly, identify root causes and prevent recurrence
  • Detail‑oriented, well‑organized and comfortable working in both operational and office environments
  • Comfortable working with numbers, KPIs and operational data to support decision‑making
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, coordinate across functions and work effectively with external logistics vendors
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken (Mandarin is an advantage), enabling effective communication in a regional and multicultural business environment
