DHL Hong Kong is seeking a Sales Trainee to drive new business and grow existing customer opportunities. You will set up SOPs and COPs for customers and internal teams, and build strong customer relationships while coordinating with departments to deliver excellent service.

The program includes mentoring, on‑the‑job and in‑house training, plus rotations across AFR/OFR Operations and Sales Support to gain product knowledge. Upon completion, high‑potential trainees may advance to Sales Executive.

Formación

• Recent university graduate from any discipline.
• Talents with 1-2 years of relevant work experience are preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for sales and an interest in the logistics industry.
• Strong selling, communication and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsabilidades

• Win new business and develop existing customer business opportunities.
• Set up Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Customer Operating Procedure (COP) for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Build up and maintain good relationship with customers.
• Work closely with internal departments to provide excellent service to customers.
• Collect and analyze the market intelligence such as customer insight research, overall market trend analysis and producing related reports to sale team to facilitate the selling.
