Job summary

Lung Fung Dispensary (Main Store) Limited is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to assist the manager with scheduling, tracking tasks, and preparing project documents. The role requires a university degree and 1–2 years of related experience, with a preference for candidates familiar with warehouse and logistics operations.

You will communicate across internal teams and external providers, maintain trackers, and support admin/coordination activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University graduate with any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support.
• Work experience in warehouse and logistics operation is preferred.
• Good understanding of project management processes.
• Ability to respond quickly, detail-oriented in fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill and to be a good team player.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and AI tools.
• Immediately available is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager with scheduling and meetings.
• Track project tasks, meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Prepare and update project documents, data sorting, reports and status trackers.
• Communicate with internal teams and external providers as when necessary.
• Follow up action plan and help resolve basic project issues.
• Support project manager with admin and coordination work.
