Job summary

LC Studio Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our construction project management team in Central and Western District, Hong Kong. This full-time role supports planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.

You will liaise with site teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders, manage calendars, track resources, and assist with contract administration and safety reporting. A relevant qualification and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualification in construction project management or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar construction support role
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and building standards
• Problem-solving mindset with proactive issue resolution
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with contracts, procurement processes and tender documents desirable

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, scheduling and coordination to meet milestones
• Maintain accurate project documentation including drawings, specifications, correspondence and records
• Coordinate communication between site teams, suppliers, contractors and stakeholders
• Monitor budgets and costs, prepare reports and identify potential cost overruns
• Schedule and coordinate site meetings, inspections and walkthroughs
• Track material deliveries, equipment and resource allocation across sites
• Support contract administration and procurement processes
• Assist with health, safety and compliance documentation and reporting
• Manage project databases and ensure information is current
• Support the project manager with daily administrative tasks
