Job summary

C P World Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Logistics Manager / Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager for a full-time position at our San Po Kong office. The role blends logistics operations with business development to expand the client base and promote services in a competitive market.

The candidate will coordinate freight forwarding tasks, assist in planning cargo movements, and contribute to sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business or marketing.
• 3–5 years experience in logistics, freight forwarding or sales.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate freight forwarding operations, including documentation and shipment tracking.
• Support scheduling and planning of cargo movements.
• Liaise with clients, carriers, customs brokers and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow the client base.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender documents for potential clients.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and client communications.
• Maintain records of shipments, clients and market intelligence.
• Provide administrative support to senior management.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
