Job summary

Lam Soon Hong Kong Group is seeking a seasoned Logistics Coordinator to manage order fulfilment, warehouse operations and cross-functional collaboration in Tai Po, Hong Kong.

You will work with warehouse teams and external partners, using our in-house system and Power BI to support reporting and digitization initiatives.

Qualifications

Diploma in Logistics or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience in FMCG/F&B is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.
Native Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin and English.
Strong cross-department collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Process daily local delivery orders and monitor backorders and delivery status.
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve supply chain delays and complete documentation.
Use in-house system to plan delivery routes and generate Power BI reports.
Collaborate with warehouse operations and logistics companies for storage and delivery.
Assist cycle counts and stocktakes to improve accuracy and digitize processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Management & Fulfilment: Process daily local delivery orders, monitor backorders, delivery status, returns, and liaise with suppliers to resolve supply chain delays and documentation.
Systems & Data Management: Utilize in house system to for delivery routes, order qty. documentation, with Power BI reporting for management reports.
Digitization: Engage in the operation for warehouse and distribution process to executive the paperless process and cost-saving initiatives.
Warehouse & Logistics Coordination: Collaborate closely with warehouse operations and logistics companies for parts storage & delivery.
Warehouse accuracy improvement: Assist in the cycle count and stocktake for enhancing accuracy and process digitization.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or above in Logistics or related disciplines.
At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the FMCG / F&B sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Native in Cantonese, Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
Strong ability to collaborate effectively across departments, working with diverse internal teams and external partners for continuedly improvement.
