Wings Recruitment Partners Limited is seeking an experienced Loan Officer for a renowned local bank in Hong Kong. You will join the Loan Team to handle customer enquiries and provide quality service, supporting loan applications.

The role includes conducting outbound calls to promote credit cards and personal loans and achieving the assigned sales targets, requiring fluency in Cantonese, Putonghua and English for daily interactions.

Qualifications

HKCEE/ HKDSE graduated or above.
Knowledgeable in personal loan and credit card loan products.
Fluent in spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English.

Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries/complaints regarding loan applications.
Provide quality customer service to loan applicants.
Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote credit cards and personal loans.
Achieve the assigned sales target.
