Job summary

Wings Recruitment Partners is recruiting for a well-established financial institution in Hong Kong to fill the role of Branch Service Representative. You will handle enquiries from branches and customers on loan operations, process and check loan applications, and assist in credit evaluation and loan approvals.

The ideal candidate has at least Form 5 education and 1 year of loan operations experience, with strong English and Chinese communication skills, including Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Form 5 graduation or above.
• 1 year relevant experience in loan operations.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from branches and customers in matters related to loans operations.
• Processing & checking loan applications.
• Responsible for credit evaluation and loan approval.
• Process ad hoc task(s) as assigned by Supervisor.
