HAECO Hong Kong is seeking a Duty In Charge to oversee production delivery, manage safety, workload and compliance, and drive timely resolution of issues on the shop floor. This role reports to the Duty Manager and requires strong leadership in a high‑intensity MRO environment.
You will support engineers and technicians, coordinate ADD compliance, and ensure efficient resource allocation while actively pursuing safety and efficiency initiatives and staff development.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Duty In Charge is responsible for production delivery of their section. This includes managing safety, workload and compliance, OTP or ETS delivery and timely resolution or escalation of issues as they arise.
