Job summary

United Test And Assembly Center Limited (UTAC) in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Engineering Diploma holder to support manufacturing processes on a shift basis. The role involves collaborating with Process Engineers, monitoring line performance, quality and yield, and coordinating issue resolution.

You will assist in qualification activities for Tape and Reel processes and ensure adherence to UTAC's quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supports manufacturing/process activities on shift.
• Monitors line performance, quality, and yield; disposition of Hold Lots.
• Tracks ITR trend and follows up on ALR.
• Supports qualification/evaluation of Tape and Reel processes.
• Ensures compliance with quality procedures/systems set by Process Engineers.
• Handles new product introduction and qualification engineering support.

• Handle new product introduction / qualification engineering support
