Job summary

You will support equipment testing and ongoing process improvements for advanced microelectronics assembly systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing and strong diagnostic skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor, capital equipment, or high-tech manufacturing.
- Strong diagnostic abilities in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and related processes.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools or CAD software is advantageous.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good communication.
Responsibilities
- Execute performance evaluations, design validation testing, and equipment characterization on advanced assembly systems.
- Collaborate with R&D, process development, and field support teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and refine system performance.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, evaluation reports, and SOPs for stakeholders.
- Assist in SAT, FAT, and customer evaluation setups.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Engineer to join a leading global semiconductor equipment manufacturer. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting equipment testing, continuous process improvement, and cross-functional engineering initiatives for advanced microelectronics assembly systems.
- Execute performance evaluations, design validation testing, and equipment characterization on advanced assembly systems
- Collaborate with R&D, process development, and field support teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and refine system performance
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, evaluation reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in site acceptance testing (SAT), factory acceptance testing (FAT), and customer evaluation setups
- Provide technical feedback to product development teams to drive design-for-manufacturability and serviceability improvements
About you
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in the semiconductor, capital equipment, or high‑tech manufacturing industry
- Strong diagnostic abilities in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, wire bonding, or die attach process technology
- Familiarity with data analysis tools, CAD software, or automated test platforms is advantageous
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
